Project Eklavya: (M P Memorial Merit Scholarship) is executed on public-private-partnership (PPP) basis to identify 50 meritorious students for merit scholarship from Class VI to X (top 10 students from each class) from all across Gamharia Block in partnership with NavNirmanSanstha, Jamshedpur, Gamharia Panchayat Samiti, AAPL, Kandra and Block Education Department.

Project Cyber Village:A tripartite public-private-partnership initiative with the goal of making village youths computer literate. It has already started 7 Computer Literacy Centers in the state of Odisha .

Project Amrit Dhara: Adhunik Group Company- Adhunik Power & Natural Resources Limited (APNRL), Padampur in PPP mode has initiated the Project Amritdhara to provide clean and safe drinking water available to the rural populations. They get the consumable safe drinking water filtered through R/O water filter plant.

Project Annadayini: For farmers of peripheral village, Under Project Annadayini, Adhunik group promotes agricultural activities in villages around the periphery of its production units.  About 100 acres of land were brought under the project coverage wherein the farmers cultivated vegetables and wheat.

ITI Institutes: Adhunik Group Company Orissa Manganese & Minerals Limited (OMML) has got intoMoUs with Government of Jharkhand in PPP mode for operation and maintenance of 5 Nos. of it in Jharkhand state to make youths, technically skilled.
