Stakeholders Engagement

Sustainable development of an area depends on complementary engagement and participation of community, Government Agencies, Panchayati Raj Institutions, Corporates, Civil Societies, Various Non-Government Organizations, Community Based Organizations and Financial Institutions that follow the principles of sustainable development. Adhunik Metaliks Limited implements its CSR Projects in partnership with Nav Nirman Sanstha, an NGO of repute, various other NGOs, Government Agencies and PRIs. Our  Group companies promotes participatory approach of community development and hence conduct most of projects in Public-Private-People-Partnership mode and, where possible and appropriate, incorporate input from concerned stakeholders towards assuring sustainability.

Adhunik Metaliks Limited is working with communities across 222 villages of 35 Gram Panchayats in 10 blocks of 5 districts in Jharkhand and Odisha states.

Adhunik Metaliks Limited has identified five major categories of stakeholders to work with. The stakeholders’ categories are:

1. Community:Adhunik Metaliks Limited’works for development of community with equal participation from them leading to sustainability of the projects.
 
2. Government Agencies: Agencies like District Administration, Block Administration and other are equally part of all developmental projects.
 
3. Panchayati Raj Institutions: Adhunik Metaliks Limited works with a total of 35 Panchayats across Jharkhand and Odisha. Various Projects kile Project Annadayini involve Mayurdhar Gram Panchayat in Odisha, Project AmritDhara is executed with the Gamharia Panchayat Samiti.
 
4. Non Government Organizations (NGOs):Adhunik Metaliks Limited works in close association with various NGOslike Nav Nirman Sanstha (NNS), Asian Institute for Sustainable Development (AISD) and Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) to mention some.
 
5.Financial Institutions: While working with Women Self Help Group towards Women Empowerment various financial Institutions provide linkage for loan facilities.


  • Articificial Limb Implatation to Manu Kumari

    Being physically disabled is not a cure what is required is to motivate such people. Daughter of Shri LaxmanBhuiya, resident of Bahera village has been provided with artificial limb. Nav Nirman Sanstha along with Adhunik is doing appreciable work in Balumath area

  • Project Cyber Village: Computer Literacy Center

    Cyber village is an incredible example of Corporate Social Responsibility. The establishment of cyber village in Burudih, Rapcha, Kandra, Dumra, and Dugdha Gram Panchayat of Gamharia Block and for tribal & poor village youth to get computer education is like a dream. These village youth do not lack self confidenceanymore. At present around 500 students are attached to this project and are changing the face of village

  • Inauguration of Cyber Village at Kandra Gram Panchayt

    Inauguration of Cyber Village at Kandra Gram Panchayt will be on 1st of July. The project is started in Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode by Adhunik Group, Kandra Gram panchayat and Nav Nirman Sanstha. In first phase a total of 100 students including both boys & girls will be selected for admission. Selected students will be educated on Basics, DPT, and Tally
